Below are details about the warranty
What is the 2 year warranty?
We firmly believe that jewellery should be built to last. So we're backing that with a 2 year guarantee.
This will cover any faults you encounter. We will then replace your item, all we ask for is photographic evidence and an explanation.
Faults include tarnishing, green jewellery, unusable faults and pieces falling out (although we wouldn't expect this anway!).
But limited from loss and wear and tear, which would be things like scratches or accidentally bent items.
What does it cover?
It covers any manufacturing defects which would include:
- Pieces falling out
- Items arriving broken
- Items breaking through daily use (this is limited to putting the jewellery on and off)
- Fading of the jewellery and change of colour
What it does not cover:
- Lost items
- Breakage caused by high impact
When does the cover start?
Your cover will start from the day of arrival and will last for up to 2 years.
How to make a claim?
Please email hello@delilahjewellery.com.
We will need the following details:
- Order number
- State the item you have had problems with
- Photographic evidence of the item
- A written statement of what is wrong and how it become damaged
If we no longer stock the item we will offer an alternative piece of jewellery or store credit.
