Products
Below are some common questions about our products
What does hypoallergenic mean?
Hypoallergenic jewellery is designed to minimize the risk of allergic reactions, especially for people with sensitive skin.
It's made using materials that are less likely to cause irritation, such as 316L stainless steel, which is durable, tarnish-free, and waterproof. Some of our pieces are also coated in 18k gold, which is not only beautiful but also safe for sensitive ears.
This makes hypoallergenic jewellery a great choice for those who want to enjoy stylish, comfortable, and long-lasting pieces without worrying about irritation or discomfort.
Are your items waterproof?
Yes it is made from hypoallergenic metal covered with a PVD coating meaning it can withstand the shower, the pool and even the sea!
Will this tarnish or go green?
Nope - that's the beauty of Delilah's jewellery. It is hypoallergenic and has a coating of PVD for even greater protection.
PVD coating is a high tech finish that bonds metal at the molecular level, making your jewellery ultra durable, tarnish resistant, and beautifully brilliant.
2 Year Warranty
We firmly believe that jewellery should be built to last. So we're backing that with a 2 year guarantee.
This will cover any faults you encounter. We will then replace your item, all we ask for is photographic evidence and an explanation.
Faults include tarnishing, green jewellery, unusable faults and pieces falling out (although we wouldn't expect this anway!).
But limited from loss and wear and tear, which would be things like scratches or accidentally bent items.
